Brian Evans

Supervisor

For over 15 years, Brian and his family have enjoyed living in Wheatland Township. With an education in business, construction and real estate, he has held multiple executive level positions. Whether coaching, refereeing sports, or volunteering time with our community, the understanding of growth, transparency and prosperity are always exemplified. Currently a two term Precinct committeeman, he has been involved in community affairs and would like to produce a more accountable and efficient government.

Todd Morse

Highway Commissioner

Todd Morse is a 36-year resident of Wheatland Township and he and his wife have raised two daughters here. Todd is a retired AT&T employee and has owned and operated two businesses. Todd has been the Township Supervisor and Chair of the Will County Stormwater Management Committee. From soccer coach, homecoming parade float volunteer, and go-kart mechanic, he now carries the “Papa” title.

Bruce Darata

Assessor

Bruce Darata is a past president of the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a 20-year resident of Wheatland Township. He is passionate about real estate valuation and is the current owner of a commercial real estate appraising business. He has ten years of experience working on two county boards of review. In addition, he is a deputy assessor in Geneva Township. He believes the assessor office should strive to achieve fair and uniform assessments in a transparent environment.

Tim Willmore

Tax Collector

Tim Willmore is a proud resident of Wheatland Township, where he has lived with his wife and 2 daughters for almost 7 years. He works as a Solutions Engineer for a cyber security company. Tim has coached youth soccer for 5 years, as well as leads a local Cub Scout Pack. He takes his own experiences from scouting where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and applies that to help everyone he works with and the community around him.

David Furnish

Trustee

David Furnish has been a dedicated resident of Wheatland Township for over 20 years, working as a Project Training Manager for a local IT solutions company. With a strong background in leadership and problem-solving, he is deeply committed to supporting both his professional field and the community. David is well-known for his volunteer work, having coached multiple sports teams and served as a merit badge counselor for a local Boy Scout troop. His active involvement in shaping youth development and fostering teamwork reflect his passion for making Wheatland a better place for all its residents.

Michael Krzywinski

Trustee

Michael, a dedicated father of two, has called Naperville home for the past six years. He serves as a Wheatland Township Trustee and is a member of the Naperville Transportation Advisory Board. As a Civil Engineer, Michael applies his expertise on various transportation and drainage-related issues. His detail-oriented nature and strong work ethic make him an advocate for the residents of Wheatland Township.

Tom Brzyski

Trustee

Tom Brzyski has proudly called Wheatland Township home for the past four years. He lives in Plainfield with his wife and young daughter, cherishing the community and all it has to offer. As a dedicated Project Manager, Tom ensures efficient budget management and financial accountability. His professional skills are matched by his commitment to making a positive impact in the township. Whether through his work or personal initiatives, Tom is passionate about making a difference.

Randall Haap

Trustee

As a seasoned CEO and executive, Randall Haap for Trustee, is poised to bring common sense business practices to the realm of government. My career has been defined by a commitment to fiscal responsibility, disciplined management, and a focus on efficiency and transparency. After 31wonderful years in Naperville, I am dedicated to ensuring that your tax dollars are judiciously employed to make Wheatland Township a model of effective governance, trustworthy administration, and transparent operations, all for the benefit of you and our future generations.

Robert Whittier

Clerk

Robert has been a resident of Plainfield and Wheatland Township for 26 years. Married with three grown children and two grandchildren, he’s seen the township change significantly over the years and looks forward to helping guide its future growth and success. Robert retired three years ago after 34 years of nuclear plant management, ten of those as a quality assurance auditor verifying federal licensing requirements and compliance. He is also a proud Navy veteran.
